One lucky person who attends a showdown between the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Penrith Panthers in August could be walking away from the game with a free apartment worth $1 million.

The apartment will be in a landmark $1 billion development in North Sydney known as Aura.

The unit will be one of 386 luxury apartments above a retail precinct being developed by Aqualand.

And it’s being given away through a draw during the Round 23 clash between the Panthers and Bunnies at Accor Stadium on August 18.

Three competition finalists who attend the game will be invited onto the field at halftime for a Survivor-style puzzle making challenge.

The winner will have the chance to draw from a group of keys, one of which will open the door to the new apartment.

“We can’t wait to see if someone walks away with a new home,” said Aqualand head of sales Alex Adams.

“We know this is a potentially life-changing opportunity for someone to own a magnificent new home that gives them financial security, while enjoying the benefits of living in a prominent and rapidly transforming residential area.”

Located at 168 Walker St, the Aura development was designed by architects Woods Bagot and Richards Stanisich.
