Our in-house Aqualand Construction team has made great progress, completing the basement level works, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire services, and structural floor slabs.

Perimeter screens are being established around the structure in preparation for the commencement of residence internal works, and the installation of the external façade.

Throughout the next quarter and leading into the next construction update, our construction team will complete the retail and commercial levels, including the podium structure for the public domain area. The main structural tower will reach its halfway point whilst the team commence and progress through the internal residence fit out on AURA's lower levels.
