We celebrated a significant milestone in the delivery of AURA by Aqualand on Thursday 20 July 2023, with a topping out ceremony to mark the completion of the building structure, rising 28 storeys above the streetscape.

Our Managing Director, Jin Lin, was joined by North Sydney Mayor Zöe Baker, and Principal architect Jason Fraser from Woods Bagot, along with key project stakeholders at a small formal ceremony. In keeping with tradition, a ceremonial tree was craned to the top of the building as a symbol of good luck.

Jin said, “We couldn’t be more excited to reach this milestone and look forward to welcoming our future residents to AURA by Aqualand by the middle of next year."

A larger celebration then took place in AURA’s display showroom for the broader project team and key consultants to thank them for their significant efforts in AURA reaching this exciting stage in its construction.
