We recently celebrated the grand opening of AURA by Aqualand, which represented an exciting milestone in our rapid growth over the past ten years, as well as a key contribution to the ongoing transformation of North Sydney.

Jin in, our Managing Director, encapsulated the significance of the event in these few lines…

“AURA and its residents are set to benefit from North Sydney’s transformation into the exciting achievement of the new CBD,” said Jin.

Zoë Baker, Mayor, North Sydney Council, highlighted the active role we’re taking in the region’s revitalisation.

“AURA by Aqualand is the first of a number of buildings that are planned by Aqualand in the North Sydney local government area, and it represents a step forward in the ongoing transformation of the city and a piece of a shared and rapidly unfolding vision for the future,” said the Mayor.

The occasion also provided a fantastic opportunity to recognise the industry-leading work delivered by our amazing in-house construction team, and to thank them for achieving the unrivalled build quality we insist on.

Since the event, the excitement has continued, as we’ve welcomed the first of our residents as they make Sydney's newest luxury residential address their home.

Thanks to these residents, AURA’s already becoming an activated hub, with its incredible amenities and world-class hospitality spaces, which ensure they’ll have everything they could ever need, right at their fingertips.
