Construction is now 99% complete at Aqualand’s $1 billion luxury mixed-use residential development, AURA, delivered by Aqualand’s very own in-house construction team.

An iconic new address in thriving North Sydney, the residential mixed-use tower is home to one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences designed by renowned architects Woods Bagot and Richards Stanisich. The apartments are considered the most spacious on offer in North Sydney.

“With the project in the very final stages of construction, the team are hard at work putting the finishing touches on the ground level and common areas,” said Alex Adams, Head of Sales and Marketing at Aqualand.

“Fanatical attention to detail has been at the core of what we undoubtedly believe are Sydney’s best-built apartment residences.

“We stand at an exciting moment in AURA’s life cycle, with our clients on the cusp of moving into their brand-new home.”

“The award-winning Woods Bagot and Richards Stanisich bring the highest quality in architecture and design, generous layouts, and elegant interiors to these luxury residences,” Alex added.

With lifestyle at the forefront of the project’s design, AURA also boasts an extensive multi-level hospitality precinct that contributes to the revitalisation of North Sydney.

“AURA’s extensive retail and hospitality precinct considers the needs of not just its residents but the wider community, aimed to attract people into the precinct and create a place for them to come together,” said Alex.

Delivered by Etymon Projects, the offering will include Sol, a bakery, café, and wine bar; artisanal providore, Una; a relaxed LA-inspired all-day dining and bar called Soluna; and modern Japanese restaurant and bar, Genzo.

“We see the precinct becoming a lower north shore go-to for fresh, artisan bread and pastries,  gourmet deli goods, and dining,” said Sebastien Lutaud, Etymon’s Director of Culinary.

“We also want to entice people from further afield to visit North Sydney, especially for the Genzo experience.”

The Etymon name extends its wide range of expertise to servicing AURA with a five-star hotel-style lifestyle concierge. This above-and-beyond concierge experience will cover services such as looking after deliveries, booking one-of-a-kind experiences, household management, personal assistance such as personalising birthday cards, and more.

With AURA boasting resident-exclusive amenities such as a pool of Tesla share vehicles available to hire, a swimming pool and well-equipped gymnasium, WFH spaces, and a rooftop Sky Deck with dining and entertainment facilities, residents can truly enjoy elevated low-maintenance, luxury living.

What’s more, North Sydney’s best is just a stone’s throw away from AURA, including beautiful parklands, iconic landmarks, a wealth of dining and drink destinations, excellent schools such as the new Reddam House North Shore school across the road, and the new Sydney Metro Victoria Cross Station adjacent to AURA.

“We see AURA setting new benchmarks in residential living across North Sydney,” said Alex.

“The extensive amenities and lifestyle concierge offering combine to create a curated and high-end lifestyle, but it is AURA’s larger format apartments that will set a precedent for future developments.”

AURA’s two-bedroom apartments average well over 100 sqm plus a wintergarden – much larger than the 80 sqm standard in the area. No other projects in North Sydney offer these well-oversized apartments, perfect for the discerning downsizer or modern family alike.

With the project’s display apartments now open, you can see the finished product for yourself before moving into one of AURA’s apartments, which will soon be fully completed.

AURA’s construction completion coincides with Aqualand’s 10th anniversary – a perfectly timed celebration of the property developer’s experience and influence in the Sydney real estate market.

The team behind well-known developments such as BLUE at Lavender Bay and The REVY at Darling Island, Aqualand is already looking ahead with its first build-to-rent (BTR) project in North Sydney. The proposed development will see approximately 300 BTR apartments and a lively ground-floor retail and commercial precinct in the heart of the North Sydney CBD, just 400 metres from the North Sydney Station and 250 metres from the future Victoria Cross Metro Station.

Even with a decade of experience, the award-winning developer shows no signs of slowing down.

One-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences are still available at AURA by Aqualand, with one-bedroom units priced from $1,110,000.

The project’s showroom is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
